Spa Policy

-To ensure a healthy and safe environment for our clients, no smoking is permitted at The Mediterranean Day Spa.

-Your time is important to us; arriving late will limit the time we can dedicate to you. Each session will end on time as to accomodate the next guest.

-If you must cancel your appointment please give us a 24-hour cancellation notice.

-In order to provide for a quiet and relaxing environment for our guests, we request that children not accompany you unless they are scheduled for a service. Thank you for your understanding.

-When scheduling for salt glows, please refrain from shaving the day before to prevent a stinging sensation.

-When visiting for spa treatments, massage or reflexology please let us know if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy.

-When scheduling for facials or waxing let us know if you are on Retin-A, Accutane or any chemical treatments for your skin.

-All product returns are for spa credit only, and must be requested within 3 days of purchase if not satisfied. No refunds.

-Gift certificates can be used for the dollar amount for services only and are non-refundable.
